How soon should I accept to receive my package?Products are shipped out an average about 3-5 days after an order is placed . Priority Shipping is for EVERYTHING sold on this website. Once we ship out your package you should receive it in 2-7 days depending on location and package factors. Shipping usually takes a few days to be delivered depending on order specifications and if you have order something to be customized, etc.. Many of our products are made to order, for example, products like our T-shirts, custom stickers, custom tote bag, etc. If this product needs to be dyed, bleached, embroidered, etc... there is a time process for certain products that can effect the duration of your shipping process. However, products made from custom requests/commissions will be communicated between the client and Aylabex.

What do I do if I received a defective order?We take great care in the packaging of our products and artwork, but if you do receive a defective product we highly advise that you snap a picture of the damage on your phone and send it to use via email. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of the item's delivery, along with a photo proof. If not contacted within proper time, the item will not be valid for replacement. We do not accept returns and shipping fees are non-refundable but the product is replaceable within the 7 days. By adding any items into your cart, you are agreeing to these terms for our Return/Refund Policy. How do I contact your company if I have a question?The most easiest and efficient way to contact us is through email (shop@theaylabex.com), where we aim to reply back within 24 hours. You can also ask a question through our commission request/question form!

Do you make designs for clothing like T-Shirts, etc...?YES! Whether it's a simple t-shirt design or a bulk order for a special event, we've got your back! Just tell us what you want to very last detail and we can design it for you. Not only do we create designs for you to have as a digital file, but we make the shirts/clothes as well!

When I receive my artwork, how do I properly handle it without ruining it?"Receiving artwork is very exciting, although handling it can turn ugly if you don't know what you're doing. If you order a print without a frame we HIGHLY advise you to carefully slide the print out of the sleeve and hold it by the tip of the corners, or place your entire hand underneath the back of the paper. This will prevent any FINGERPRINTS from appearing onto the print. Make sure the print is always protected by a plastic or glass frame/sleeve/envelope... A print should never be left to hang without protection. When you order art or anything else on our website, we provide instructions how to properly open our packages and how to best care for your recent purchases. Do you ship/supply BULK ORDERS?Of Course! Please be prepared to pay a higher shipping fee for the extra size and weight of the bulk order. Also, it does take a longer time to make and package everything for bulk orders, so it will be slightly longer to ship out compared to other simple products. Please plan your moves in advanced! If you know you need your bulk order soon, make sure you order everything 2-4 weeks in advanced in case of any problems or delays in shipping that may occur.
